Fire precaution works were required following a fire risk assessment at these residential flats.
This was a new client for us and we were instructed to complete a new fire-rated enclosure around the service/ electrical cupboard doors that are located in the communal protected escape routes. We also replaced the old fire doors in the communal passage and staircase with FD30s fire doors.
